Gina Rosete
Founder and director
Tropiqa has over 15 years of experience in Commercial Interior Design. It is a studio that merges collaborative design, logistics and project management. We are experts in Hospitality Design that projects onto the nearly 15,000 hotel rooms we’ve designed taking into account the features or each space.
Our objective is to be trend-setters; we focus on tailoring the design to the client and developing evocative concepts according to their identity and vision.
We’re strategically located in the main tourist area of the country, where the land of Mexico meets the Caribbean Sea: Cancun. We’ve taken part in multiple successful hospitality and residential projects in: Cuba, Dominican Republic, France and Jamaica.
Our Collaborations
Located inside the tourist complex, Temptation Resort Cancun, designed by Karim Rashid - an icon of Industrial and Interior design worldwide. Our challenge was to capture in our design the freedom and spatial sensuality that characterize Temptation Resort.
We enjoy working with artisans
Mexico is a country with a rich cultural, artistic and artisanal heritage, which is something we take pride in. As such, we like to collaborate closely with artisans and Mexican artists; as their talent, experience and ancestral techniques can enrich our projects. We collaborate with both up-coming and large-scale manufacturers, integrating them in each project accordingly.
Our team consists of Architects, Industrial Designers, Graphic Designers, Administrators and Experts in Communication. We work together to ensure that each project is completed with integrity and the highest quality possible.
